In a proactive endeavor to enhance women’s safety and self-confidence, the Sports Association of Mixed Martial Arts, Madhya Pradesh, orchestrated an enlightening self-defense workshop at JK Hospital on Kolar Road, Bhopal. The workshop, conducted by a team of skilled Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) experts, aimed to equip women staff and girl students with essential self-defense techniques, empowering them to effectively tackle challenging situations.
